Terms of service
Last updated October 31, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you, or the company you act for ("you"), and Azumo LLC ("Azumo", "we") for using Azumo Orbit. If you have a signed order form or agreement with us, it takes precedence where the two differ. By using Azumo Orbit, you accept these terms.
The service
Azumo Orbit reads the websites you add, connects to data sources you choose (such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity), checks what AI answer engines say about your market, and helps you find and fix issues and write content. We may change features over time; we'll tell workspace owners before removing something they rely on.
Accounts and workspaces
- Access is by invitation to a workspace. The workspace owner decides who joins and with what role.
- Keep your sign-in method secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Personal access tokens act as you; keep them secret and revoke them when you no longer need them.
What you may connect
Only add websites, and only connect Google, Clarity or other accounts, that you're authorized to use for your company. Crawling reads public pages at a polite pace and follows robots.txt; don't use Azumo Orbit to overload or get around the protections of sites you don't control.
Your data
You keep all rights to the data you bring and the content Azumo Orbit produces for you. You give us the rights we need to run the service for you, as described in our privacy policy. Data from Google is handled under the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
AI-generated content
Briefs, findings, answers and articles are produced with AI models and can be wrong or incomplete. Review them before you publish or act on them. You're responsible for what you publish.
Acceptable use
Don't use Azumo Orbit to:
- break the law or the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property;
- publish spam, deceptive content, or content that impersonates someone;
- probe, attack or overload our systems, or get around usage limits;
- resell access to the service without our written agreement.
Fees
Paid use is billed to the workspace as agreed with us, including usage-based charges for paid steps such as model calls, scans and images, which Azumo Orbit shows before they run. Workspaces have monthly limits that stop paid steps once reached.
Third-party services
Azumo Orbit works with services we don't control, such as Google, Microsoft and AI model providers. Your use of them is also subject to their terms, and we're not responsible for their availability or changes.
Availability and warranty
We work to keep Azumo Orbit available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't make warranties beyond those in a signed agreement with you, including that search rankings, AI answers or traffic will change.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the 12 months before it.
Ending your use
You can stop using Azumo Orbit at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms, after notice where we reasonably can. When access ends, we delete workspace data as our privacy policy describes.
Changes to these terms
We'll update this page when the terms change and change the date above. For significant changes, we'll tell workspace owners by email before they apply.
